Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

Every order is handmade and only after it is ordered. For Non-customized items you can expect up to 2-4 weeks to ship out. Though we strive to get your order out sooner.

For customized/personalized orders please expect up to 6-8 weeks for completion. Many orders take time to design, make, finish and assemble and this is a very long process and we pride ourselves on the quality of a product we put out.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Currently, we have 40 orders in process, all handmade items, and we anticipate completion in 6 months to 1 year. That being said, we can not guarantee completion within the 6-8 week estimation. We are working on getting every order out as soon as possible, but we will take care of each order in the order it was purchased. If you choose to order now, know it will be delivered in 12-14 months from the date you ordered.

What happens once it is shipped?

Domestic Shipping

After we drop it off at the post office it can take anywhere from 3-9 days depending on shipping requested, your location and is it a holiday.

International Shipping

Once at the post office it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks or longer depending on location, shipping type requested and holidays.

Note: as always these are just the average times we have experienced and once we drop it off at the post office there are many things that can influence it to be quicker or slower depending on the post office.
