3. PERSONALIZE: Put all engraving instructions and font request in the "Add your personalization" box before adding to cart. 

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping (5-10 business days) and is calculated at checkout. But Free shipping is applied for all orders over $40. 

International Shipping: Standard international shipping is 2-3 weeks to your delivery country but can take up to 8 weeks in shipping. Please note the BUYER is responsible for all duties and taxes accessed by your country. Potential duties and taxes are not included in your shipping price.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
With "Standard Shipping" the order can arrive within 15 business days after being shipped. For Faster Delivery, please select an upgraded shipping option at checkout! Note when requesting a faster shipping, it does not mean it will be made faster.  All orders are made in the order received and while tumblers are generally shipped within 3-7 days of ordering they can take longer depending on customization.  Standard to design is 3 days-2 weeks. Note all orders over $40 gets free shipping domestically.

HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY ITEM?
Put all engraving instructions and font request in the "Add your personalization" box when adding to cart. Any additional details you can put in the Notes box during checkout.
